As a serial impact entrepreneur, Lawrence is committed to fighting climate change by building businesses with a sustainable vision. He founded ReBuy, Europe’s largest electronics refurbishment platform, and TIER Mobility, the largest micro-mobility company and one of the fastest- growing unicorns in Europe. In 2020, Lawrence pledged his entire share in TIER to Blue Impact Ventures, an early stage climate investment fund, to ensure that all proceeds would go towards supporting a new generation of climate entrepreneurs.
Hendrik studied Economics & Management at the University of Oxford and Sustainable Development at Cambridge University. He started his professional career in the investment banking department of Morgan Stanley in London and then helped grow TIER Mobility as its Head of Growth and subsequently VP Product into a leading European climate tech unicorn valued at more than $2.5bn. Together with TIER’s founder and CEO, Lawrence Leuschner, Hendrik also built Blue Impact Ventures, an early stage investment fund for climate tech companies.
Alex studied Philosophy, Politics & Economics at the University of Warwick. He started his professional career in the Debt & Restructuring Team at Rothschild & Co in London, advising clients on M&A and financing transactions. As Head of Strategy of TIER Mobility, he subsequently drove both internal (budgeting and growth) and external projects (key partnerships and strategic acquisitions).
